Most vehicles are good at one thing. A sports car thrills, an SUV carries, and a truck tows. The 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat aims to do it all in one package.

The 2025 Durango SRT Hellcat follows a classic muscle car rule: put the biggest engine you’ve got into something that doesn’t look like it should have it. Here, that’s a 710-horsepower supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8 inside a three-row SUV. This V8 happens to be the most powerful ever stuffed in an American SUV. Better still, it sends this vehicle to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds. And it’ll tow up to 8,700 pounds.

Of course, you need serious hardware to tame all that power, and the Durango SRT Hellcat delivers. There’s a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic, a full-time all-wheel drive system, an SRT-tuned suspension, Pirelli all-season tires, and a Brembo brake system consisting of 15.75-inch front rotors with six-piston calipers and 13.8-inch rear rotors with four-piston binders. Active dampers are optional.

It’s Versatile

The Durango SRT Hellcat pulls double duty as a family hauler. It seats six, spreads them across three rows, and makes sure everyone’s comfortable. Front-row occupants, for instance, get heated and cooled leather seats, a capacious storage bin, illuminated cupholders, and a spot for wireless charging, to name a few. That same heated-seat comfort reaches the second row as well. Behind the third-row seats, there’s space for four bags.

On the infotainment and connectivity side, this model gives you a 10.1-inch touchscreen, a 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, six USB ports, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, Wi-Fi hotspot capability, and an optional rear entertainment system.

Go Further with the Special Editions

Three special editions of the 2025 Durango SRT Hellcat are available. These start with the standard Durango SRT Hellcat and add several unique details. The first, the Hammerhead, for example, comes with a dark blue exterior paint, forged carbon fiber interior trims, chrome badging, 20-inch Satin Carbon wheels, Hammerhead Gray leather seats, and black calipers.

The Silver Bullet impresses with a Triple Nickel body color, Dark Gray Metallic badging, Satin Black wheels with a Lights-Out finish, red calipers, and Ebony Red leather seats. If classic is your thing, you’ll be happy with the Brass Monkey. It’s got a Red Oxide paint job, Brass Monkey wheels, Brass Monkey Hellcat badging, and Sepia Laguna seats.
