The standard engine gets 405 horsepower and 429 pound-feet of torque, and the available turbodiesel provides 430 hp and 1,075 pound-feet of torque. The latter gives the 3500 a class-leading towing capacity of 36,610 pounds. The base powertrain has the higher hauling capacity, maxing out at 7,590 pounds. This truck is available with either rear-wheel or four-wheel drive.
Customize your 3500 for tough jobs and grand adventures with upgrades like a MOPAR fifth-wheel hitch, dual rear wheels, off-road tires, and an improved engine cooling system. You can also add LED bed lighting, MOPAR deployable bed steps and tubular side steps, and other useful accessories.
Cab Space and Features
You can get the 3500 with a standard three-seater cab, a four-door Crew Cab, or a Mega Cab with more rear passenger room than any other HD pickup. The base model comes with durable vinyl upholstery and air conditioning, and higher trims have a remote start, a rear sliding window, acoustic front door glass, and a remote tailgate release.
Standard small-item storage includes an overhead console and a storage bin behind the seat. An optional multi-level center console can fit a 15-inch laptop, and under-seat storage is also available.
